       Air-cooled heat exchanger ( for short “air cooler”) is a kind of heat exchange equipment which takes ambient air as its cooling medium, makes forced air of blower flow across finned tube, and makes high temperature process fluid in tube cool down or condense. The air cooler unit is composed of three basic parts ( fin tube bundle, blower and frame) and auxiliary parts( shutter,maintenance platform, ladder,etc.). Using natural air as cooling medium saves valuable water resources, reduces industrial discharges, and thus protects the natural environment. It is widely used in chemical, metallurgy, cement production line, waste incineration power plant,etc. There are now three kinds of structure of air coolers, i.e, induced draft type, upwind type, and pitched roof type.
